Creación de usuario y contraseña

Indica paso a paso como crear el usuario y contraseña para acceder al portal web https://foscal.net/miportal

Acceso al portal

Una vez se cuenta con usuario y contraseña ingresar a la plataforma, como cambiar contraseña en caso de requerir y presentación del manejo de la pagina.

Radicar solicitudes

Ejemplo del paso a paso de como radicar solicitudes y cargar documentos en Solicitud de remisiones de medicina especializada, de igual forma se realiza con Solicitud de procedimientos, Solicitud de medicamentos y Notificación de inoportunidad en su servicio.

NOTA: Se recuerda que los soportes subidos en la plataforma deben ser cargados en PDF.

Link que no permite el registro ,usuario o contraseña no valida??????se cambia ni el uno ni el otro .Entonces misión imposible el registro. Hasta para eso hay inconvenientes????
